2021 Hyundai Palisade Overview

With the 2021 Hyundai Palisade available at Arapahoe Hyundai, the Palisade is just two years old, but that has not prevented it from shaking up this ever-competitive segment. The Palisade is a three-row midsize SUV with luxury appeal, and it offers many of those amenities at a non-luxury price. Of course, if you want to dress your Palisade to the nines, you can do that, and for that consumer, Hyundai has made the Palisade even more appealing in 2021 with an all-new range-topping Calligraphy trim. The Calligraphy has everything the Limited does plus most of the options and some exclusives as well.

Interior – 2021 Hyundai Palisade in Centennial CO

The 2021 Hyundai Palisade in Centennial is a three-row midsize SUV that offers more than 155 cubic feet of overall passenger volume. A second-row bench is standard with the SE and optional with the SEL, and with this setup, the Palisade seats eight in a 2-3-3 arrangement. The standard SEL and all upper trims have second-row captain’s chairs, and with this configuration, the Palisade seats seven in a 2-2-3 arrangement. The base model features a height-adjustable driver’s seat, a power-folding second row, an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen, five USB ports located across the first two rows and a rear quiet mode that can silence the audio system in the rear seating. Options included zoned auto climate control, push-button ignition, power adjustable driver’s seat, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel.

2021 Hyundai Palisade Trim Levels in Centennial CO

The Palisade is the largest SUV in the Hyundai lineup. It is a midsize three-row SUV and a flagship model that will impress you with the sheer scope of its standard equipment. The 2021 Hyundai Palisade is now available to drivers in Centennial and throughout the surrounding areas, and Hyundai offers it in four core trim levels: the base SE, up-level SEL, well-equipped Limited and loaded Calligraphy. All models have an eight-speed automatic transmission mated to a 3.8-liter V6 that makes 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is optional.

Palisade SE

The SE is the first of the 2021 Hyundai Palisade trim levels in Centennial. The base model comes standard in an eight-passenger configuration, and a seven-passenger setup with captain’s chairs in the second row is optional. Eighteen-inch alloy wheels are standard. You also have the option of trailering equipment that allow you tow up to 5,000 pounds. The SE comes with a wide range of drive assists, including adaptive cruise control with stop and go, forward collision and pedestrian detection with automatic braking, lane keeping and following assist and trailer sway control. The exterior features LED headlamps, LED daytime running lamps and heated side mirrors. The cabin has cloth seating surfaces, one-touch third-row access, underfloor storage and an 8-inch color HD infotainment touchscreen.

Palisade SEL

The SEL and all upper 2021 Hyundai Palisade trim levels come standard with seven-passenger seating, but you have a seat delete option here that is not available beyond this point. This trim level also gives you the option of a Convenience Package and a Premium Package, which add many of the extras that we will discuss with the next two trims. You also get a number of additional driver assists not found on the base model, such as blind-spot monitoring, and the side mirrors are upgraded with integrated turn signals. The most notable upgrade for the interior is heated seats in the front row.

Palisade Limited

The Limited was at the top of the trim levels when the Palisade was first introduced for the 2020 model year. It includes the Convenience Package standard: 20-inch wheels, an automatic leveling rear suspension, LED taillamps, front parking sensors, a hands-free smart liftgate with auto open, a wireless charging pad, 115-volt power outlet and USB ports in the third row. It also includes the Premium Package, which adds leather upholstery, heated second-row seats, a heated steering wheel and a 10.2-inch infotainment touchscreen with integrated navigation.
